Our online Free Shipping where applicable:
As a courtesy to our customers, on selected products we gladly pay the outbound shipping charges within continental United States.
If you should decide that you don't need or want your item and return it, we will deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund. In addition, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not pay for return shipping. If there was a mistake on our end we will have the item picked up. If you just want to return the item, we'll credit your account less our original outbound shipping cost. Keep this in mind before ordering, as some of our products are large, heavy packages.
Return Policy
All products must be returned within 15 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange when returned in new unused condition. Must be in original packaging and suitable for resale. We do not refund outbound shipping cost unless there was a mistake on our end. We do not pay for return shipping. If there was a mistake on our end we will have the item picked up.

Didn't get what you ordered? If there was a mistake on our end we will have the item picked up. Even with packing controls in place, this sometimes happens. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. Do not return the item. We will contact you promptly to arrange for delivery of the correct item and pickup of the wrong item.
